Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt by emailing us here for a full refund minus a $10 return shipping fee. We will send you a new return shipping label.

Exchanges: Exchanges are free. Any sale items can also be returned within 7 days, but for store credit only. 

After placing a pre-order, any changes to your delivery address must be requested by emailing eleanor@eleanorleftwich.com within 7 days of purchase.

Our ready-to-ship items are sent out right away so you can receive them as quickly as possible. Because of these fast processing and shipping times, we’re unfortunately unable to make delivery changes once an order has been submitted. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to help answer any other questions about your order

As a small designer committed to sustainability and slow fashion, pre-orders let us produce responsibly. They allow us to purchase the right amount of fabric, reduce overproduction and waste, thoughtfully incorporate your feedback (which we sincerely try to do with each collection), and keep prices well below typical industry margins by avoiding excess inventory handling.

Most pre-orders ship within 6–8 weeks. Each piece is made in the United States, either in Chicago or Los Angeles, then sent to my studio, where my sister and I—often with help from my mom and kids—carefully pack your order.
