If something isn't quite right, you have 7 days from the day it arrives to let us know. You can start a return or exchange here.

Pieces need to come back unworn and undamaged, just as they left us. 

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

All unworn, undamaged items are eligible for a full refund. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund. Please note that all Sale items returned will be eligible for store credit only.

Return shipping is yours to cover. If your original order shipped free, that's the only cost. If it didn't, the original shipping charge isn't refunded either.

We make things in small batches, on purpose. When you pre-order, we make what’s been ordered, in the sizes that have been ordered. There are no racks of extra stock and no guessing about what to make next. It’s also what lets us offer extended sizing, since we don’t need a full run of every size sitting on a shelf to carry them all.

It changes the math, too. Many brands price high to cover everything that goes unsold and gets marked down later. We’d rather not build our business that way. With no surplus to pay for, we can put the money where you’ll feel it, into nicer fabric, and still keep our prices well below typical industry margins.

And because we’re small, we really listen. If a sleeve runs long, or there’s something you’d love to see us make, tell us. We’re always open to ideas.

Most pre-orders ship within 6–8 weeks. Your piece is made by partners we know by name, in New York, Los Angeles, Italy, Bolivia, or Nepal. From there it comes to our warehouse, where our founder’s mother and mother-in-law inspect it, pack it, and send it your way. (Yes, they check every one. Nothing gets past them.)
