How can I check the status of my order?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

For Pre-Order items, please see the lead time for stocking listed on individual product descriptions.

Domestic orders with products in stock placed will be shipped out within 48 hours for ground shipping.

2nd Day Air packages will be shipped out within 24 hours. We make every effort to ship packages as soon as possible but we are also a small team. Transit times begin on the date your order initially ships out, not the date of the order placed. 

For In-Stock items, here is a shipping guide for when you can expect your order:

  • Domestic Flat Rate - Free shipping within the United States via USPS
  • Priority or UPS Ground. 2nd Day Air-$25.00 within the United States
  • International Shipping*(10-40 days) - calculated(*custom fees may apply upon delivery)

What does pre-order mean? 

Eleanor Leftwich is a made to order collection. It helps us be more sustainable and only make what there is a demand for. Please note carefully the lead times for your pre-order purchases. We usually order a few extra in each size but many times these are sold by the time the order arrives, so preordering is the best way to ensure you’ll be able to secure your favorite pieces in your size. As the collection is made with fabrics from mills in the Como region of Italy and a small production team in Chicago, we do not have exact shipping info beyond the shipping windows we have stated on each product page. Once we receive shipments, we turn them around as quickly as possible and update your tracking information accordingly via email. If anything is running late, you will receive an email. We appreciate your patience and excitement to receive your Eleanor Leftwich pieces!

How do I track my order?

Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, please contact us. 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your pieces from Eleanor Leftwich. Unless otherwise written specifically on the individual product page, all our offerings are returnable within 7 days of receipt.

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us.

We accept the return or exchange of unwashed, unused items with the tags on within 7 days of receipt. We will be unable to accept returns for items without the tag and are not responsible for missing packages.

Sale items can only be returned for store credit and within 7 days of receipt. Any custom orders are final sale.

All consignment items are final sale. 

Exchanges/refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. A flat cost of $10 for domestic return shipping will be deducted from the credit back to your original payment method. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.

Where are your products made?

Product production is by a small team in Chicago, Illinois. All pieces are made from Italian fabrics in the Como region.
