Best of the best. Have two already and have more on order. Love the navy stripes especially since it can be worn in any season. Runs big-- I'm typically a size 6 and take the XS.

The shirt dress is everything I'd hoped it would be. The material is thick and beautiful and wrinkles only slightly after a LONG day of wear. I wore this dress to eight hours' worth of meetings in New York City. I felt extremely professional, tailored, and chic. It is easy to move around in and runs large. I actually returned the Large and held onto the Medium. Extremely classy. I will absolutely buy more pieces from EL. The quality is stellar!
