    Dark Chambray is 100% CLY from Thomas Mason in Italy. Lined in 100% cotton. Made in Chicago. 

    The Dunie Shorts fit true to size. They do not have back pockets for a seamless look but do have seamed pockets in the front. For brand size guidance, an XS fits most 0-2, S fits most 4-6, M fits most 8-10, L fits most 12-14, XL fits most 16-18, 2XL fits most 20-22, 3XL fits most 24-26.

    Shipping: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

    Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt by emailing us here for a full refund minus a $10 return shipping fee. Exchanges are free. Any sale items can also be returned within 7 days, but for store credit only.

      Beautiful and versatile

      The fit and fabric of these shorts are both spot-on. They look more pulled together than denim shorts, and are also more comfortable! I have them in a variety of fabrics but reach for the dark chambray most frequently.

      My new favorite ELC piece!

      I have loved my ELC dresses and shirts from day one. Then, of course, I fell in love with the cashmere pieces. And now, I am smitten with these dark chambray Dunie Shorts! Made of the softest, most fluid (not at all stiff) fabric, they make comfort look so polished! These shorts have solved a wardrobe dilemma for me...what to wear with my pretty blouses when I just don't feel like zipping/buttoning up a pair of jeans! I will wear these year round, but I am particularly thrilled to have this pair in my closet for the notoriously hot Southern fall season!

      A summer staple

      As always, the fabric was high-quality and a beautiful color. The classic chambray doesn’t have stretch, so sadly this style didn’t work for my shape. These shorts are cut very true and straight throughout, so was a touch too tight across the hips. With my curvy shape, they easily fit in the thigh and waist, but needed a little more give at the hip even with ordering a size up compared to my other non-chambray dunie style. Will make an amazing summer set for those with a narrower build!

      Dunies for life

      This was my first time buying the Dunie shorts, and now I fear I must have them in every fabric. They are perfect for pairing with the Eleanor or Jackie shirt and make the best set.

      This fabric is insane

      Butter. I was second guessing the fact that I needed light and dark chambray, both pants and shorts, but now I just regret not getting everything in this fabric.
