Named after Eleanor herself, this shirt dress will be a workhorse in your wardrobe. Easy to dress up or down, sash it or wear it loose, and with pockets to stash a lipstick makes it effortlessly chic with endless styling opportunities. Pair with a baby cashmere knit over your shoulders or wear loose to run errands.

Comes with detachable matching sash. There are no belt loops making where you tie it completely customizable.

The Eleanor Shirt Dress is meant to be the utmost flexible and does not have designated belt loops, meaning it’s easy to wear with the matching sash or without. Want a cinched look? Use the sash to accentuate your waist. Prefer an easy breezy look? Ditch the sash and no one will be the wiser that it ever came with one. Two looks in one which is a favorite justification when shopping! For brand size guidance, XXS fits most 00, XS fits most 0-2, S fits most 4-6, M fits most 8-10, L fits most 12-14, XL fits most 16-18, 2XL fits most 20-22, 3XL fits most 24-26.

Shipping: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt by emailing us here for a full refund minus a $10 return shipping fee. Exchanges are free. Any sale items can also be returned within 7 days, but for store credit only.

    Great addition!

    Love the drape and weight of the chambray fabric! I ordered the Eleanor Shirt Dress in the light chambray, and the Stephanie Shirt Dress in the dark chambray, but I'm wishing that I had ordered both in both colors. I'm on the waitlists, but this is your friendly reminder that if you think you might love something, it's better to order it as a pre-order than regret that decision when it's sold out. I'd love to see both colors available in the Jackie Shirt Dress too which is my new favorite silhouette. If you see this dress available in your size, buy it!

    Best fabric!!

    This chambray fabric is just to die for. Super soft to touch, drapes beautifully, comfortable in many temperatures. I’ve already worn this for daytime errands, on a plane, and dressed up with jewelry and a cardigan for a cocktail party.

    Chambray like silk!

    I was very excited about this chambray and it exceeded my expectations. It feels like silk, soft and luxurious. The color is gorgeous and is perfect with my Mac Indigo Weave blazer, like they were made for each other! I REALLY REALLY hope there will be more chambray pieces available next Spring! Please! I would be happy to live in this chambray!
