The Meg Mini skirt is a perfectly proportioned skirt that passes the fingertip test yet is flirty and fun. Eleanor mostly wears hers with a spring knit to balance a shorter hem line, but it's also great with a striped Eleanor or Jackie shirt in pink or French blue for a play on prints. Made of deadstock Italian fabric from one of Eleanor's first collection, there are very limited pieces available.

Pumba tweed is 30% VI, 29% PC, 23% WV, 7% CO, 6% PL, 5% PA from Italy with 100% silk lining. Buttons handmade from Italy. Made in Chicago. 

The Meg Mini Skirt fits true to size. For brand size guidance, XXS fits most 00, XS fits most 0-2, S fits most 4-6, M fits most 8-10, L fits most 12-14, XL fits most 16-18, 2XL fits most 20-22, 3XL fits most 24-26.

Shipping: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt by emailing us here for a full refund minus a $10 return shipping fee. Exchanges are free. Any sale items can also be returned within 7 days, but for store credit only.

    Completed my "set"

    I already owned the Mac blazer and Paige pants in this fabric, so when EL announced they were making a few Meg skirts, I jumped on the opportunity. I did have to exchange sizes a few times to find a comfortable fit, as the Meg doesn't have any elastic in the waist. I ended up in a medium, although I am an XS in the Paige pants. Anyway, it's gorgeous and flattering and I'm happy to have the option to wear it as a separate or as part of a skirt suit with the Mac blazer.

    HOLY MOLY TWEED!

    The tweed on this piece is just incredible. While it's a tweed, I could see this being worn 12 months of the year. The metallic is subtle and the colors are beautiful. I'm so happy with my purchase

    Gorgeous fabric; tricky fit

    Like the other EL tweeds, this fabric is gorgeous. Sadly, I had to return because it did not work well with a smaller waist and larger hips. For others in this situation would recommend buying a size up and taking in the waist. I considered an exchange but realized the length was likely going to be a bit shorter than my comfort zone these days. This runs smaller than the wool EL skirt that I own.

    So good in person

    I’m not a pink person really at all, but this fabric is gorgeous and really so so good in person. It goes with so many blues and pinks of all shades. I go up a size in the Meg mini so that it’s comfortable in the waist.
