You asked for a shorter Eleanor Shirt Dress, and the Michele Dress is our answer. It sold out in every color when it launched in Spring 2025, so we've made it part of our Core Collection. Short cuffed sleeves and a knee-length hem keep it easy, and 100% Thomas Mason Italian cotton (truly the best) keeps it beautiful. Dress it up or down, and yes, there are pockets. It comes with a detachable matching sash and no belt loops, so you decide where (or whether) to tie it.

The Michele Dress is designed to be as flexible as possible, and most people size down one size. It does not have designated belt loops, meaning it’s easy to wear with the matching sash or without. Want a cinched look? Use the sash to accentuate your waist. Prefer an easy breezy look? Ditch the sash and no one will be the wiser that it ever came with one. Two looks in one, which is a favorite justification when shopping! For brand size guidance, XXS fits most 00, XS fits most 0-2, S fits most 4-6, M fits most 8-10, L fits most 12-14, XL fits most 16-18, 2XL fits most 20-22, 3XL fits most 24-26.

Shipping: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt by emailing us here for a full refund minus a $10 return shipping fee. Exchanges are free. Any sale items can also be returned within 7 days, but for store credit only.
